Was recommended to the company by a customer of mine. Did a phone interview with a recruiter. The phone interview lasted about 15 minutes and then he asked me to submit my resume on their site. I submitted my resume and two days later he called me back and asked to set up an interview for Monday of next week. I showed up to the interview and tried to be friendly while we were getting to know each other before the interview. He was very unfriendly. He asked me a question about how I was a leader in one of my classes in high school. Then he asked me how else I have been a leader. I asked him if he wanted a answer from high school or a point someone in my life. He then went off and was saying that he was trying to figure out how I was a leader and that just because I said I was doesn't mean that I was. So basically because I wanted a clarification of the question, he thought I was lying and wasn't a leader. At the end of the interview, I asked him if he was from Ohio because that's where the number he called me was from. He then answered with a broad answer of "I live in hotels". Kind of rude and odd I thought.

Went very well. Very informative and transparent. I left knowing a lot more than I went in knowing. The interview was very straight forward and to the point. The interviewer was very professional and had information to back up everything that was said.
