They do a phone screening. Then you interview with the recruiter. They are pretty transparent and tell you everything you need to know about the company. Training is for a week and they put you in a hotel where you get to meet other prospects.

I started when the company was very small so there was not a recruiter. I I interviewed with the owner and he was in a hurry so questions were very easy. I know that now there are recruiter who will ask lots of questions to determine goals and drive.
