I did an application online,had a interview at the store location. Then we had to fly to Knoxville ,TN for orientation for a week. class was all day 8 to 6 and very boring. Then you start work basically for free the next month you will have a mentor during this time. you sell to make your mentor money and keep in mind your mentor is also your competition as well.
