The interview process starts via phone then follows up with an in person interview to get to know you with situational questions. It was a great process overall. You will also shadow a current inside sales rep on the phone.

Interview process was fast. You have an initial phone interview and then an in-person interview. The only downside is I had to travel an hour to the job site interview. Other than that I was hired the same day.

My interviewers were very friendly. They want to know you, not just your past job history. They want to see how you interact with people. They can teach you the job skills.
