Asked about previous experience as well as the last book I read and why. Also asked mildly intrusive questions about myself, which didn’t feel easily relatable to the job. Looking for a certain personality it seemed not someone with certain qualifications.

I started when the company was very small so there was not a recruiter. I I interviewed with the owner and he was in a hurry so questions were very easy. I know that now there are recruiter who will ask lots of questions to determine goals and drive.
