Long process, but easy enough. They don’t tell you until the very end whether or not you’re hired, but everything they ask of you is relatively straight forward. Takes about two weeks or so.

I started when the company was very small so there was not a recruiter. I I interviewed with the owner and he was in a hurry so questions were very easy. I know that now there are recruiter who will ask lots of questions to determine goals and drive.
