I had 3 interviews, one over the phone, another in my store location, and the third with the Vice President of the company. all were pleasant and upfront. very honest questions. and a lot of scenario building, the interview with the store manager is meant to test you throughout the process, especially if you have a sales background.

the best question I heard was the Vice president asking me, "Anybody can come in and make $40,000 by just showing up. But whats going to set you apart and make a $55,000/year employee vs the former?"
