I applied for an interview and passed the personal interview. Then in the technical interview I was given a set of problems to solve. No problem in that but I felt company looked for professionals in a job that was advertised as an entry level job.

It was a very pleasant process, at all times I felt valued and in total confidence. It has been one of the best selection processes I have been through, and the technical challenge was very interesting.

Colloquio
I had a skype interview with Hr and after that a task was sent to me. I did the task and presented it to two senior developers with explanations step by step. I was invited to to the offices in Munich to meet CTO. In fact it was planned to meet also Hr and Frontend TL but no-one showed up. Was just an interview with CTO. During all the phases no-one ever asked about the salary and the start date. Even during the last interview, which it was really strange.
