I really did not have much of an interview. The leaders that interviewed me had little to no experience and had no idea what questions to ask. I felt like I was the one conducting the interview. I was initially ok with this because I thought to myself "I am going to run the show at this company. I will be the smartest, most experienced employee here", which was 100% true.
