Initial interview over the phone, people I interviewed with were in the middle of driving and could barely see their faces. Asked about my interest in the role and my experience working independently. Final interview was a week later, and the first thing they asked was if I had any questions. The VP flew in for the interview and asked the same questions the team asked in the previous interview, and they just kept asking if I have questions. Then, in the last 5 minutes the coordinator for the school comes in and asks if I have any questions. Very confusing interview process overall. Said I would hear that Friday, then the following Monday. Did not hear until Tuesday night.

It was a great interview. It was with one of the Vice Presidents and a few of the team members at a University. It was pretty much relaxed. Just be confident.

The process was a little different and drawn out due to the restrictions from Covid-19. The first interview was conducted by phone and asked typical meet and greet questions. The second interview was in a typical interview setting.
