Basic process. Nothing too difficult or too easy. All were friendly and knowledgable of the print business but not the tech side of things. Questions were fair and not too challenging to answer.
Interview questions were standard for a product manager role.
The first interview was an introduction. The second interview was with the hiring manager, and the third was with the hiring manager's manager and their dev lead.

It was warm and moved along once my resume was reviewed. It took 10 days to get a response from HR but my next ones with within a week of the previous.

It started off with an interviewed with HR, then an interview with a manager, then another product manager, and then the CEO. The final step was a creating a project proposal and a presentation. Overall I found the process frustrating. The final project took me over 8 hours, on top of all the previous interviews, and the reasons for not hiring me were basically my background that I had shared from the beginning. It felt like a big waste of everyone's time.
I'm sorry to hear this was your experience. This is certainly not the experience we want our candidates to have. Some of our technical roles do require a project. In the case of this role, it was only assigned to our top finalists. We are continually looking for ways to streamline our interview processes, and have made improvements over the last several months.
