I had a phone interview with the hiring manager and then I was called for 2 rounds in office. One was face to face talk and then present a report.

Q. Why do you want to work with us? What is the biggest problem that you have solved?
I would not recommend this company. First call with the recruiter didn't even last ten minutes - this is either a sign that they really like you or are stringing you along. It turned out to be the latter. After being moved to the next round where I spoke with the hiring manager for an hour, the recruiter ghosted me after multiple follow up attempts. I have zero respect for people who think it is ok to treat jobseekers like this. Very disrespectful.
The interview involved a lot of people, but was easier than I expected. There were at least five people to interview with and the process was long, but the questions were not terribly difficult.
