My first interview was with 2 people, the manager and his manager. The Interview lasted 2 hours with questions they asked me and then I had a chance to ask them questions. By the next day the manager was ready to take the next step with me and wanted me to come back in for a 2nd interview. the 2nd interview was 2 weeks later. (one of the people he wanted me to meet was on vacation). @nd interview went from 11:30 to 5:00 meeeting with 5 people. Everyone from the VP of operations to inbound and outbound managers and a money person. I was offered the job 2 days later.
