Had some really great conversations with a total of 6 individuals including the original screening which spanned over 4 weeks. Could definitely see that I would love working with all of them. The project was very aligned to my career path as well. The last interview wasn’t so smooth. She was late to the zoom and also said she had never read my resume. That made me feel like they weren’t seriously considering me. I emailed the lead a week ago thanking him and how much I enjoyed meeting everyone and haven’t heard back. I will assume they aren’t interested but it would be nice to know and put a bookend to this experience.

The first step was a screener with the recruiter, who asked basic questions about my background, qualifications, and interest in the company. The next step was an on-site interview which consisted of behavioral questions and walking through my case study with different members of the design team.
