3 step interview. 1st step with HR rep, 2nd with product owner and lead engineer. 3rd interview was with the Product Manager and Head of Engineering department, Experience was better than most even though they don't talk between themselves to remove bias, but that leads to the interviewee to repeat everything on 3 different occasions
