The entire process was smooth. Initially, I was under the impression that this would be a multiple rounds interview. I was welcomed by the director and manager who spoke in depth about their process and requirements. However, I knew my fundamentals well and provided my recommendations. The conversation went on well over an hour and I found myself actually having a conversation than an interview which felt good. After this I spoke to the CEO for about 25 mins about more generic questions about my interests and ambitions which was very pleasing as the CEO was so welcoming. I drove back to Boston, by then I had received an offer. Hence, quick and welcoming process.
