Long wait for interview to be scheduled and longer meeting time during interview. Interview panel did not seem to be prepared to conduct interview. Questions were not relevant to role and the interviewer was not a great listener. You could tell they only wanted to appear in control of the interview and not actually get anything of substance from the interaction.
