The interview was conducted by phone. It had to be rescheduled twice by the interviewer, the first time only minutes before the interview was scheduled to begin. I was told I was an excellent candidate and that I would hear back from them in one week's time. After hearing nothing, I emailed an inquiry that was ignored so I took a different job. About a month later I noticed the application website said I was no longer under consideration. No big deal. One month after that, I was contacted by a Centene Talent Acquisition rep and told that they made an offer to a different person and that person declined it. She wanted to know if I was still interested. Now I was already taken aback that she had disclosed to me that I was a second choice. Never ever ever ever ever tell someone you were their second choice. This is an example of basic decency. I was told to reapply from the beginning because my original application was lost in a software update. I was told that I was guaranteed an interview if I did this. I was told that I had to interview again because the person who interviewed me before did not have hiring priveleges and I should have been interviewed by someone else. Oh boy! How exciting! Oh, I forgot to mention that the interview revealed that the position is not what was described in the ad. I was told that this was in reality a call center customer service position and not the pharmacy technician position described. I would not have applied for the position in the first place had I known this. UPDATE: Earlier this evening (three months later), I finally received an email back responding to my old inquiry one week after the interview. She wants to do a follow-up. I'm thinking of saying yes just to string Centene along and waste their time the way they wasted mine.

1 phone call, 2 zoom calls. easy 3rd interview recorded, 10 questions asked very easy pay decent, seem like good company. room for improvement too early to tell may need more time on job to tell
