I received a standard scheduling email in advance for a internship position in operations with Fidelis. Interview was interesting as I got to have 10 minutes to explain my career/study path although I ran overtime (I also had some technical hiccups on my end)

Tell me about your career path/please go through your resume and tell me more about your journey. What is a time when you experienced conflict or difficulty, and how did you resolve it?
My process was just one interview with manager and two engineers. Everyone was nice and didn’t expect much. No leetcode at all very straight forward questions about experience and what you’re looking for in a company.

The interview process was a panel interview with multiple team members present. Each interviewer asked a mix of behavioral and situational questions, along with some role-specific discussions about my background and skills. The atmosphere was professional yet friendly, and they gave me time to ask questions at the end.
