For this position, there were only two rounds of interviews. The first was with HR and was very pleasant, focusing on questions about my work experience, why I applied for the role, and why I want to work at Centene. The second round was entirely behavioral questions with three department leaders (AVP, Manager, and Supervisor). The Supervisor took a while to join, and the AVP had to message her. The interview lasted 45 minutes, during which the AVP was the only one asking questions, while the other two only asked one question each. It felt as if they didn’t want to be there, which made the experience quite uncomfortable. From the very beginning, it felt like no matter how well I performed, I wouldn’t be selected.
