The interview process was very smooth and with three other people managers and those who the candidate will be reporting to if they end up working within the department. The answers were very straight forward and they were looking for the skill set but they did also ask a lot of personal questions tailored to your experience afterwards. They do look through your LinkedIn and whatever certifications that is on there, they will ask about it. All the interviewers were all very nice.

Interview procedure took place during pandemic and was conducted via Zoom so it was quite different than an In Person interview. The position was being offered as an extension of Carolina Complete Health.
