Got a call from the Manager of the department. He asked about prior roles and current role. Call was relatively impersonal and went smoothly. He told me I would be in contact with someone from HR and hey would set up an in person interview.

They were almost all based on behavioral scenarios. Other than that it was pretty basislc as far as why this role, what makes you a good fit.
Last week, I received an interview invitation scheduled for today. However, two hours before the interview, I received an email saying that they had already chosen someone, so the interview was canceled. This is completely a company without integrity and that treats people unfairly.

Application process goes by quickly after submitting application. The Talent Rep gives you a 15 to 30 min screening then if they approve of you and your skills the application will be forwarded to the hiring manager.
The interview l had was a panel interview with three people on the first round then four people on the second round.

1. A call screening with the talent advisor discussing the role and expectations for it.
2. A hiring panel with hiring manager and other team member. It was mainly a Behavioral Interview, followed by a SQL exercise.
