There are 2 rounds of interviews: the first with the supervising staff attorney and social worker; the second with the main headquarters. Both meet with you together. The first interview was in the Jamaica Office, while the second interview was in the headquarters in Manhattan. There were not too many questions about my current legal duties, but lots of hypothetical questions, like what would you do in a situation where x occurs? Why would you do that?

Applied online; received email from recruiter several days later; scheduled interview for the next week. During interview, three panel members asked questions for 45 minutes. Had time at end to ask interviewers questions.
