So as usual you will see this invite in your mail box from 3rd part consultancy and I was so excited that it's a government firm. I had called the point of contact mentioned in the email and asked if they can schedule me a telephonic interview so that I can take off and appear for further rounds face-to-face if im through. But they said no and that I should go to office. I went and got through. They called me for second round and I again asked for telephonic but they asked to come by taking off. I did. Again they called to a different location at jubilee hills office for HR round and confirmation and they interviewed 3rd time and sent, saying I got selected. Then I came back and waited for call from them forever, till now.
Ideally, they don't respect others time nor do they value skill / talent. The why to conduct unnecessary interviews wasting our time ?????
Later, it turned out to be for my good, that I got selected for a very reputed company with much better hike and point to be noted - I only went once to the office for in-person interview but the rest happened over video calls. Thanked God that I dint get stuck here.

In depth knowledge on database performance tuning concepts. Database architecture, and knowledge on SQL plsql concepts
