The process was a bit unorganized from the recruiter to the lady working from home setting up interviews. The staff was very nice, however; I would consider them below average. The folks had either been with company for years and gained a promotion or were dinosaurs with not much innovation or just not outgoing. Even the doctors appeared intellectually challenged. I would recommend interviewing with them for practice, I certainly don't think they will gain bright individuals with insight to their team. If they do, I can't see them staying.
