Colloquio
4 rounds of interviews. An hour each. All folks who have worked at the company for at least 10 years each, if not 15-20, so not a lot of perspective outside of their own bubble. Total waste of time. Completely ghosted me after hours of interview prep and hours of speaking with each of them. Respectfully requested an update after 3 weeks. Complete silence.
I simply don’t understand why they progressed me to differing stages of the interview process if they were just going to end up ghosting me, without at least one of the fully grown adult men having the human decency to be bothered to craft a 15 second email to let me know I was no longer being considered for the role. It’s all a bit antiquated and out of touch with how companies operate their recruiting process in the modern era. I went on to have a brilliant interview process (& job offer, just 2 30 minute interviews, answer within 3 days) with a leader in Virtual Data Centers. I have to imagine that I dodged a HUGE bullet big time with these guys.

Four step interview process: Interview with direct supervisor for the position, interview with a manager in a different department, interview with direct supervisor's manager, culture fit interview with CEO. Can be done remotely, although you may be asked to meet in person if you're local

Domanda 1
Pretty much exactly what you would expect. Questions about past experiences, challenges, conflict resolution strategies, communication styles. The final interview with the CEO is pure culture fit i.e., personal hobbies and interests.

I applied through the website but didn't hear back from them for like 1-2 months after. So then scheduled a first round interview with the hiring manager. It consist of 3 interviews including the first round and the pace was fairly ok it would take like a 1-2 weeks for updates or for the next interview to be scheduled. It was a fairly easy interview. They're more concern about your communications and management skills not so much technical. The interview went great. I believe i connected and get a long very with the interviewers. After the final interview they asked for my work samples. So i sent them some work samples. So within 2 weeks i haven't heard back so follow up. They replied and asked for more work samples. I emailed them back sent more work sames and asked them kindly when i can expect to hear back. Guess what? I did not hear back from them. So frustrated and angry. I gave my time and show interest in the role. The interview went great or at least that's how they left me to believe except the part when sending my working samples and never hearing from them again. They don't even have to tell me why i didn't make it. Just have decency to tell people that they're not moving forward that's all. Don't leave people hanging like that!
