Had an initial phone interview with an HR representative that went well and was forwarded on to their technical interview step. I wish I could tell you more after that but that interview never happened. I interviewed on a Wednesday and was told that someone would be back to me by Friday to schedule a technical interview and if I had not heard anything by then to contact the representative again. Friday afternoon rolls around and no contact so I email the HR rep as asked. He apologizes, says their interviewers are very busy with interviews and to wait until next Wednesday. A week to schedule a follow up interview isn't too terribly out of the norm so I wait. Wednesday comes and still no contact. I contact the HR rep again at which points he says their hiring process is terrible and they lose many qualified candidates because they can't get them through the interview process in a timely manner. Red flags are going off at this point, but I don't withdraw my application. Another week passes and I email the HR rep again. That was about a month ago and I still haven't heard anything from them. In that time I completed 2 other interview processes and have found a new job. Completely unprofessional behavior.
