I completed my application online. Don't consider applying if you aren't going to attach a resume or cover letter.
Centier is a great place to work and HR is overwhelmed with all of the applications so don't be discouraged if you don't hear from them right away. In my case it only took a few days but that might be an exception. I've talked to other people whom have been applying for Centier for years and have never received feedback. The general consensus is maybe two weeks if that.
My first interview was a phone interview. This is the icebreaker. Centier is a hard bank to get into because of the exceedingly well reputation(#4 best bank to work for in the US). Don't be nervous. Be yourself in a professional matter! During my phone interview I felt like I was talking to a long lost best friend. HR knows your nervous and are very comforting.
The second interview was at the corporate center. Everyone is very welcoming and kind. It lasted about 25 minutes. Asking the basic interview questions. They will also ask different scenario questions and how you would respond to that. Just be prepared.
Later that day I then received a phone call asking if I could interview with the branch manager. Next day interviewed. Questions are repetitive. There isn't anything you shouldn't expect. I then received a phone call an hour later asking if I was interested in the position.
Also, the best way to get into the bank is through networking!

Fine. It was cool, very easy would recommend. Very family oriented and nice. Always puts employees first and goes above and beyond to help and make sure they're ok. It's a three part process, that wasn't intimidating.

Centiers interview process was pretty painless. I submitted my application and resume online..about 2 weeks later HR contacted me for a short phone interview. I then met with HR at their headquarters in merrillville for my 1st interview. They do ask a list of questions..mostly questions like: at your last job when was there a time when you went above and beyond what your job description requires? Or What would your previous employer say one of your weaknesses are? The questions require some thought and they want specific situations..but the HR people were so nice and personable I felt more comfortable answering the questions. The 2nd interview was with the regional manager and the branch manager of the branch I was applying for. They were very nice and asked similar questions to the 1st interview. I recieved a call from HR the next day with an offer for the position and scheduled me for a drug test.

When was there a time when you could have handled a stressful situation better/ differently? Or some derivative of that..
