First interview went very well. Interviewed by Assistant Director. Interaction was formal yet functional in that I did not feel overwhelmed by the interviewer. Second interview was by Principal and Assistant Director. Principal seemed to let the Assistant Director control the interview. I was allowed to ask questions of both regarding position. I felt confident of attaining the position after the second interview.
