Was emailed to come in for an interview with an initial HR rep. Was first given a personality test (no big deal). Was very comfortable in initial interview and was told i would be called for a second interview. within days i received a call to meet with the dept head (who is no longer there btw) and second interview also went well but i found the manager to be a little arrogant and later learned so did others inside the company. Was offered the job viw email days later with a contract explain the details. Read this carefully , very regimented environment which is ok for some but i decided to stay put.
