      Colloquio

      I had an awesome interviewing experience with Central Reach. From the first contact between myself and the recruiter to the time that I received the offer took a total of 14 days. My recruiter was knowledgeable and very communicative about where we were in the process. She promptly answered ant I also loved that the time in between interviews was fairly short ranging from 1-3 days. They also require you to take a caliper assessment.

      Colloquio

      They had plenty of rounds of interviews. First was with recruiter, second is back to back interviews with the managers of the CSL team and then next is a project, followed by one final interview. I made it until the final interview. When getting my rejection email, I was pretty disappointed, it was very generic and after putting in so much work in interviews and the project, it felt frustrating. I asked for further clarity and feedback for my own personal growth and of course no one ever replied. It's sad this is the standard for interviewing now. I really thought the interviews went really well and I got positive feedback during all of them, I also thought the project went pretty ok, but would love to know what could have been improved or what they are looking for that I did not show. Also, seeing that the job has been reposted is... interesting. Really wish they would have communicated better, I was REALLY interested in this company and really wanted to be a part of this team and learn and bring my expertise to the table.
