It was smooth. There were 3 rounds of interview and the questions were based more on our experience than the classroom learning. There was also a presentation to be prepared by us on a given topic.

I got opportunity through LinkedIn and interviewed in July 2020, there was a HR round initially about academics, my projects, and previous work experience. 2nd round was technical, and before that we need submit a PPT onSMT, questions on SMT, OD etc.

Unique ways of Hiring.. Different from other normal Interviews.. PDT, NMT, GD, Activity etc.. many more surprises.. Working atmosphere is awesome.. Higher Management are also very down to earth and mingle so early and work nature is always an unique kind of TEAM work..
