First they schedule my telephonic round in which a person Manoj Goel was trying to ask some technical questions (he was having very poor communication). He was not listening my answers properly. In between the interview he gone out of mind and said I would not continue discussion as you are reading answers from somewhere and without listening me he just hanged the call up. He was very unprofessional personI came across my career. I was coming from very very good Company comparing to Centric still I was very excited about company after going through company's profile and JD. But this person really disappointed me. I know Centric is very good company but these kind of people should not be motivated. Suggession to Centric: Please try to find psychologist to provide some sessions to these kind of ill employees.
