Simple and to the point. Met with recruiter, practice leaders, partners and president before an offer was made. All this within two and a half weeks. Everyone was very focused and kind.

I love that you used the word "kind". That's one of my favorite mantras: "Be Kinder Than Necessary" Interviewing is hard enough - we shouldn't make it any worse for the candidate. Multiple phone calls. Met four or five members of the team at a local bar and talked for about two hours. They wanted to get to know me and see how I interacted with others.
