The interview process was very simple. Simple competency based interview same as all the others. Based of their values and what you have done in the past, very easy, just prepare. The HR people you speak to are very nice, and easy to speak too. The assessment day is again very pleasant, the best one I have been too, not looking to trip you up, just if you are the right fit.
