I was invited to complete a personality test online and to submit my resume via email. Then I was invited to the headquarter in Oakland for the interview. The interviewer was very nice and the interview was serious and well drafted with a case study too.

The interview process involved a case study, where I was asked questions about a small business and how to overcome some operational challenges. The questions tested my quantitative and reasoning abilities.
