Two step process: first process was with the search committee (consisted of 5-6 staff and one student worker). Was asked to arrive 15 minutes early and was given a chance to look over the interview questions before starting. Interview was about 30 minutes. They concluded the interview with a resume review exercise. If passed the first interview, then the qualified candidate interviewed with a Student Affairs Dean and the Career Services Director.
