I went to two interview sessions. The first one with the reporting manager line, while the second session was with the project manager. The interview process was okay, but should have been consolidated into one session. It's disappointing because as candidate, I had to take two separate leave days to attend these session. It's more frustrating that the HR did not even issue an official email on the interview outcome. I followed up twice but receive no reply from the HR. Company should have the courtesy to at least inform the candidate if they did not end up being selected.
