This company does not possess credibility. The interview process was abrupt and so was their demo lesson. Each applicant is required to prepare a lesson with a grammar point according to their teaching “standards”, customized to the student’s need, and should be executed “ideally” according to their “standards”. They will be giving the student’s profile less than 24hrs of interview time which obviously won’t be enough to prepare someone to get started with the process. I would suggest, do not waste your time applying to this company as they set some “standards” in which even their circular emails and rejection emails from their staff and CEO isn’t grammatically concise. The interviewer after the demo lesson obviously won’t accept you due to her unfriendly tone and ignorance in looking at your CV. She does look afraid of someone’s progress and possesses a crab mentality. They were looking for an ideal online teacher within their “standards” that even they in the management isn’t consistent with the language they offer to teach.
