I heard this opportunity via recruitment agent. Ceramisphere is a good professional chemistry company mainly focus on coating as well as biochemistry.
The interview process was pretty good, comfortable and very professional. Interviewed with one senior chemist and production engineer for about half hour, question related with study as well as basic professional knowledge were asked.
