First step was a 30 minute video call with the recruiter. She said the next step was an online coding test that would be over Ruby on Rails and SQL, but in actuality was half Rails and half vanilla JavaScript (frontend based), though the job description said nothing about JS (it's a backend rails job). The test itself was on Adaface, which in my opinion was one of the worst online coding tests I've taken in my time.
I emailed twice since the test but got no response in 4+ weeks.

Screening was normal "tell me about yourself" questions. The coding test was in Rails and JavaScript.
