The process was fairly simple and streamlined. I met with someone individually for an interview via zoom and then completed recorded videos to assess scope and competency. It was a speedy process.

It was all done remote; you record yourself doing a mock interview and it is reviewed. You also have to send in you theoretical orientation, reason for being in the field and strengths.

First step was phone interview. If you make it to the next step you'll be sent an assessment which has a part of how you would create SMART goals. You will be recording yourself in which you'll explain why you think you'd be a great fit.
Interview with follow up quiz and video for practice working remotely. The first interview was with a recruiter followed by having to review a test. Interview took about 30 minutes.
