Worst.. One of the worst experience. I got a call from consultancy for the job and almost after 7month!!(yes!thats true) company took my first telephonic interview!! Don't waste your time for this..who can wait for 7months?? Worst process..

They don't know how to take interview. Even if you clear all technical questions, they will say your profile is not suitable. They will give u filthy form to fill. With questions not relevant to ur profile.
