pretty straight forward, not many technical questions. More questions about you as a person if anything. Stuff like, "What would you do in an employee conflict" or "Would you consider yourself a leader." Really simple stuff like that. This interview was followed by a small tour of the facility.

First there was a phone screening, followed by an in-person interview with the manager . I was asked about instrumentation experience. Then, I was given tour around the facilities. The supervisor was not on-site the day of my interview, so we spoke via phone call. It was heavily implied I would get an offer, which I did by the next day.

The interview process went well and the questions that were asked were not at all challenging to answer. I'm happy to become a part of the team and look forward to what the future has in store for me at Certified.
