It was a 3 stage process, first was phone interview which was very easy and basically asked what i knew about the company. 2nd stage was face to face with a scrum master who was probably the eisiest person in the world to talk to and very down to earth. Professional yet very calming. 3rd stage was another face to face with 2 directors, this sounds daunting but these guys were so cool it was like talking to my friends. Very calm and relaxed process all the way. All the guys that interviewed me were the nicest bunch of people i have met in a long long time.
