Recruiter screening 15 minutes call to assess high level fit, review resume, confirm details of the role and compensations. After that, two follow up interviews with operations leadership. During the interview, the questions were behavioral, culture fit, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration related. Interviewers were kind, friendly, and professional. Great experience overall, would recommend.

I submitted my application through LinkedIn and received a request for a phone interview from the recruiter to schedule various interviews.
The problem I have is that I was put through 7 interviews and it was a waste of my time.
After each interview, I sent thank you emails to each interviewer and did not receive a response from of them, including the hiring manager.
I then received a response through LinkedIn indicating they were not moving forward with my application. I didn't even receive the courtesy of an email from the recruiter to indicate the reason why I was not moving forward.
The whole process was incredibly unprofessional and I hope no one else undergoes the same unpleasant experience.
