Really awesome communication from HR. Thought it was the best interview process I have ever been a part of. Was called to schedule the initial and second interview. In the first round of interviews, there was a written question. You are given time before the interview to review the questions and take notes.

Took a little less than a month to call in for interview. Second round interview is usually the following week. Human resources will call you for an interview, and follow up via email. The panel for the first round of interview does not include people from the department you are applying for (4-5 people), the second round is 3 people and includes your potential supervisor and their supervisor (vice-president).
