I was interviewed for a position that I had no experience in, and said so and that I would be happy to learn. The position I ultimately was offered and accepted did not in any way match the actual reality of the day to day job duties and I had to scramble to teach myself new things, with no training.

the interview process was pretty easy to be honest with you. I applied and got an interview the next week and then shortly after got offered a job and have been working there ever since
