I sent an email with a cover letter and my resume directly to them, and was contacted later that day to schedule a phone interview which was two days later. The interview lasted about 20 minutes, was very smooth... a kind of getting to know you conversation. The person I spoke to was very enthusiastic, and the environment appeared to be very productive and fun at the same time.
