Colloquio
Two Rounds, Phone Screen with HR followed by a series of three in office interviews. Pretty straightforward process. No trick questions, but more standard conversations. Questions can be similar between interviewers.

Colloquio
Discussed with a recruiter about my availability and such
Then they set up an interview with a guy in the team, not a hiring manager, just one of the members.
The guy was very impatient – he explained the company culture and the background of the position a bit, but when I mentioned my FinTech experience and that I had an incorrect understanding that this position would be a part of their digital and wealth/finance team (because the JD didn't say otherwise), he looked disappointed and didn't even bother to give me an updated job requirement. My skillset would have been totally transferrable to what they were looking for, but this guy just had no patience to hear about it.
I knew it wouldn't go well after that conversation. I asked the recruiter for an update – radio silence...
Then I had to check their workday to realize it was already no longer under consideration. It'd have taken just 3 mins from the recruiter to respond to my inquiry.
Bad experience.
